Senior year is filled with fun events and activities coordinated by various groups who will send communications with details throughout the year. Many dates are still not determined, but as dates are confirmed, we will update them here.  We realize this is not the most user-friendly display but with so many dates TBD and with the limitations of the website, a list format is our best option for now :) *Will update this page as event dates are released.

IMPORTANT DATES FOR 2026-2027 

• September 22: Curriculum night
• September 25: Homecoming assembly, parade and football game
• September 26: Homecoming dance
• Early October (date TBD): Start of order of Graduation Cap, Gown & Tassel. Deadline to order is typically mid to end of October. Will update when we have more info. 
• November 1st:  Last day to register and pay for AP exams without a late fee. More info here. 
• December 18th: Yearbook portraits due. See the Yearbook page for more info
• December 18th: Yearbook Grad Ad submission due. Check out the Yearbook page for more info
• April 1st: Deadline to order Grad Yard Sign. Will update with ordering info when available 
• April TBD: Graduation Leis on sale
• April TBD: Grad Night Ticket on sale
• April TBD typically end of April: Senior Community Service Hours form due to be considered for Community Service Awards (not required)
• May: Grad Party Bus Sign Ups available 
• May 3rd-May 17th: AP Exams
• May typically end of May: MI Community Scholarship Awards Night This is a program administered by MI PTA Council and funded by Grad Grams (will update with link when available) 
• Early June (date TBD): Baccalaureate 

• June 3rd (tentative): MIHS Athlete Signing Day @MIHS gym

• Early June (date TBD): 2026 Graduation Family & Friends Foto Fest. At the MIHS outdoor amphitheater (outside of the commons)
• Early June (date TBD): Senior Tea (Typically in the MIHS Commons)
• Early June: Senior Finals and Senior Check Out Days. For all seniors to turn in their devices, books, pay fees & fines and collect graduation tickets. (Please note: All fees & fines have to be paid in order to receive graduation tickets.) 
• Early June: MIHS Crest Graduation 
• Early June: Senior Assembly Typically just for students. 
• Early June: Senior Prom
• June 9: Graduation, time TBD, McCaw Hall
• June 9: Grad Night Party A party for the graduates only.  Immediately following graduation. Tickets must be purchased in advanced for this event.
