MIHS Faculty Membership

Mercer Island High School Teachers and Administrators: We value our partnership with you tremendously and hope you will consider joining our membership!

 

MIHS Staff may join PTSA for just $10.00.  Your membership not only benefits the students and staff at our school, but also helps serve families and teachers throughout Washington State, as PTSAs provide a voice in local and state government.  As a member, you will also be provided access to our online directory either via website or app.

 

Our new system for PTSA Membership and Contribution Payment is up and running via Membership Toolkit.  In our new system, you can pay your $10 Faculty/Staff PTSA Membership fee, and if you are a faculty parent you can contribute to the Annual Giving campaign, Friends of the Library Fund and purchase a Personalized Legacy Brick.  In addition, you can check on recent purchases, view the online MIHS school directory (with membership purchase), change your directory information and privacy preferences.  Instructions to set up your directory & store account is provided below.

Instructions to set up your account on MIHS PTSA website:

If you created an account last year, use the same login and password. Start here to renew your PTSA Membership.

 

If you are new to MIHS PTSA website:

  • View for a Step By Step Visual Guide to Purchasing a Faculty PTSA Membership
  • Please visit MIHS PTSA website. Note for Faculty Parents: once the Primary Account is set up, the Primary User can “invite” other email addresses to access his/her account.  This allows the Secondary User to have his/her own login information, but still have access to the family account.
  • Click the Login or Register button.
  • Select “Create Account” and fill in the name, email (same as used in Skyward if faculty parent), and password information.
  • Click “verify my email” and then check your email for a link to complete the process.  The link expires in 2 hours. If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folders.

Once you have verified your email address, log back in and finish the registration process.

  1. Complete the Family Information.
  2. Mark yourself as “Faculty” or “Faculty Parent” so that you can view the Faculty PTSA Membership Form.
  3. Complete the Directory/Publish Preferences.
  4. Once these forms are complete you will be presented with a list of individual forms which include the MIHS PTSA Faculty-Staff Membership form.  Click the form(s) desired and follow the prompts.
  5. All ordered items will be put in your shopping cart.  When ready, check out and select desired payment method (digital wallets or pay by check).
