RSVP Process Lets Parents Verify Information Online

Beginning August 14, 2023, you will be able to log into your Qmlativ (Skyward) Family Access account and complete all the district forms, permission slips and notifications required for the start of school.

Parents and guardians will also verify their student demographic information and update phone numbers, email addresses, and emergency contacts. All parents are required to complete and/or acknowledge all forms for their children (attached are instructions to complete the process). Parents will not be able to view their child’s schedule or placement in Qmlativ before the first day of school without completing RSVP.

Forms should be completed PRIOR to Fees and Photos Days (Aug. 22/23 for MIHS). Have your students bring the receipt to Fee & Photo Days.

Note: For students who have more than 1 household, while the 2nd household parents/guardians can verify and complete RSVP steps, the final RSVP submission can only be made by the primary household parent/guardian.

Qmlativ (Skyward) Family Access allows you to view:

• Student’s schedule
• Daily Attendance
• Food Service account information
• Report Cards

Qmlativ (Skyward) Family Access – Login/Password Information

• Click on the Qmaltiv Family Access link
• If you have forgotten your login/password or if you are retrieving if for the first time, click the “Forgot your Login/Password?” link.
• Enter your email address (the one provided on your enrollment at the time of registration) or your username.
• Click on the Submit button.
• Your login and password will be sent to your email address.

Placement letters will not be mailed to our families. Instead, you will log onto Qmlativ (Skyward) to determine your child’s Placement. Once you have completed the RSVP requirements, you will be able to see your child’s schedule/placement. Grades 9-12 – Schedules open Thursday, August 17, 2023
