MIHS PTSA School Directory / App

Our directory contains all MIHS families that have given their permission to share contact information with fellow MIHS families.  Privacy controls are important, so everyone involved determines how much information is shared.

Parents control:

• their own passwords
• can update contact information at any time
• choose which information will be published in the online directory

Please note:  any contact information updates will not be made in Skyward which is a separate database and managed by the school district.  In order to update your information with the school district you will need to fill out the MISD Change of Information Form.

Do you have a Membership ToolKit account from IMS? 

Use the same login and password on our MIHS PTSA Directory/Store and it will match up to the account in our database.

• View for VISUAL STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS
• One Parent/Guardian in each household please Create an Account to set up the primary account.  Once the Primary Account is set up, the Primary User can “invite” other email addresses to access his/her account.  This allows the Secondary User to have his/her own login information, but still have access to the family account.
• Each household has their own account.
• Click the Register/Log In button.
• Select “Create Account” and fill in the name, email (same as used in Skyward), and password information.
• Click “verify my email” and then check your email for a link to complete the process.  The link expires in 2 hours. If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folders.

Once you have verified your email address, log back in and finish the registration process.

1. Complete the Family Information.
2. Complete the Directory/Publish Preferences
3. Once these forms are complete you will be presented with your Back-To-School Packet which includes:  PTSA Membership, Annual Giving, Friends of Library, and Personalized Legacy Brick purchase. You will also be able to provide your Volunteer Opportunity Interests.

To Access MIHS PTSA Directory:

• PTSA Directory is only viewable to paid PTSA Members
• Access PTSA Directory through the button on the sidebar menu.
• Directory can also accessed on your mobile device via the ToolKit app from apple store or google play.
• Use the email and password you registered as a Returning user.
• Click "Forgot Password" if you forgot and follow instructions
