Mock SAT- Sat April 5

The next mock SAT test is Saturday, April 5, 8am- 1pm at MIHS.  No preparation is needed in order to take the mock test!  Click here to register by Tuesday April 1.

Back by popular demand, we are having another Ezell’s Famous Chicken Lunch Fundraiser on April 9

Treat your student, a teacher and/or staff to a delicious meal while making a difference! The lunch includes 3 Chicken Tenders with roll, cookie, and drink for only $20!

How to Participate:

Share the Spirit of Giving! Show your appreciation for our 160+ amazing MIHS teachers and staff by purchasing lunches for them too! This fundraiser supports the Grad Night Party, providing a safe and memorable celebration for our graduating seniors.

MISD Fine Arts Showcase is April 1 and 2 at MIHS

Artwork from our talented elementary, middle school, and high school students will be displayed throughout Mercer Island High School on Tuesday, April 1 and Wednesday, April 2. The Showcase takes place from 5:30pm to 8:30pm on April 1 and 5:30pm to 9pm on April 2.  

The Showcase is not a ticketed event, but we do encourage our community to make a donation to the Fine Arts Advisory Council.

Tuesday night is Visual Arts focused and attendees are encouraged to take a leisurely walk through the high school and enjoy the over 500 pieces of artwork by Mercer Island students. Tuesday night will also feature a scavenger hunt, an open mic hosted by the MIHS Pegasus Club, a “Glow Room”, and an interactive LEGO experience.

Wednesday is the Performing Arts focused evening. There will be two distinct shows in the MIHS Gym at 6:15pm and 7:45pm. Each show will include performances by choirs, bands, and orchestras from all levels, as well as spotlighted drama scenes. Wednesday’s schedule is detailed below.
