Parenting Mercer Island PARENT LABS

Mercer Island Youth and Family Services (YFS) and the MI Healthy Youth Initiative are once again offering the Parenting Mercer Island PARENT LAB workshops for parents/caregivers of Mercer Island elementary, middle and high school students. The in-person, interactive PARENT LAB workshops utilize the Parenting Mercer Island website tools and are facilitated by YFS counselors and staff.

The Fall 2025 PARENT LAB topics include: Fostering Autonomy, Confidence, and Resilience; Big Picture Parenting: Knowing and Teaching Your Values; and Parenting in a Digital World. Supported by a King County Best Starts for Kids grants, this effort supports parent-child connection by teaching practical parenting skills for kids of all ages.  Information, dates and registration available at www.MIHealthyYouth.com
